Today’s guest, Ken Chan is a software engineer in Silicon Valley. He was born and educated in Hong Kong. He continued his graduate study in the United States about 30 years ago and subsequently moved to the Bay Area.
He had been concerned about social justice and democracy development in Hong Kong and China since his college years. Ken is one of the founding members of the Northern California Hong Kong Club – a Bay Area based organization focused on human rights and democracy development in Hong Kong and China.
